OVERVIEW

Our marketing intern position is the jump-off point to you future career! Your visual and creative verbal ability to tell our project and client’s stories are at the forefront in this position. Our marketing and social media interns support the firm to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. The duties and responsibilities of a Marketing + Social Media Intern include:

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns

  • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites

  • Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets

  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability

  • Support our team at live and online events

  • Distinguish, grow and engage with clients’ online audience.

  • Garner relationships with third-party pages, influencers, and brand ambassadors to generate client leads.

  • Interns are responsible for following in-office schedules, attending strategy meetings, weekly reflections, and completing assigned objectives. Interns will have to be able to effectively manage their time to have success in the position.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Someone who prides themselves on extreme attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • The confidence and skills to communicate your ideas clearly to clients and the team

  • The ability to handle a fast paced work environment.

  • Strong leadership ability and self-motivation

  • Social media: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Ability to work in our studio in Newburyport on days you are not remote.

  • A great attitude!
