Throughout this process, we manage all trades, vendors and staff and will solve any issues that arise without involving you (unless we feel it necessary). In the same regard, we do our best to keep you informed throughout this stage, providing weekly project updates. Once all items purchased for your space have arrived at our warehouse, we will schedule an install date. Depending on the size and scope of your project, this can be a multi-day process. Once we have established your objectives and design style, its our turn to get to work! During this stage we develop space plans, layouts and renderings of your space, in addition to selecting furnishings and various finishes. This is our favorite part of the process, as we are able to take the information you have provided us and our unique experience and creativity to create a one-of-a-kind space. For new builds and renovations, we work directly with architects to review lighting plans, plumbing and space planning to make sure your space functions at it's best for how you and your family live. The majority of our time is spent in this phase as various decisions need to be made throughout. To deliver on our promise of an enjoyable, stress-free experience, we will take the lead on most decisions, but will make sure to include you on any major decisions.
